Returns

We offer a 14 day returns policy; the 14 days begin from the day on which you receive your order. In the unlikely event that the item you receive is damaged or faulty; please contact us by email at: info@gorgemalorge.com and we will send you a returns form.

We will not accept returned merchandise that has been worn or had shop labels removed. Please note: For hygiene reasons there is strictly no return or exchange on earrings.

 

Returns Postage

We are not responsible for the payment of postage for returning goods. For your own protection, we recommend you send your return by secure, tracked post. We cannot issue a refund on items we haven't received.

 

Refunds

Items must be received within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund the relevant amount to the payment method used. Refund should be received within 5 working days.
